Growth is a process through which a person during his development. Associated with adolescent development, we need to realize that the process of development that occurs through the learning experience. The parents, teachers, and other educators who are responsible for development of adolescents need to understand the tasks of child development and how to serve children who are experiencing growth. Moreover, issues related to adolescent social development is a matter that needs to be understood by both teachers and those in charge of educating adolescents, because social development is very important to develop a personality and learning achievement of adolescents.

Adolescent social development is very important for the next teenage life. Social developments affecting young people in their social relationships with peers and parents, and the most essential of adolescent social development is the search for identity or identity. If social development is not having success then teenagers will not be able to complete tasks with good social skills, so that in adulthood will have difficulty in social life.

Adolescent well-developed personality, one of the tasks that must be mastered development is to foster social relationships with peers and with adults other than teachers and parents. Teens can perform optimally in learning if it is accepted and admired in her age group and is able to solve social problems as well with adults, especially parents and other adults. Adolescent social behavior is influenced by various factors such as peers, parents, siblings, teachers, cognitive development and self-concept. Therefore, in this paper we will discuss about adolescent social development.

      UPAYA PENANGGULANGAN PENCEMARAN AIR

Pencemaran adalah suatu penyimpangan dari keadaan normalnya. Sedangkan pencemaran air adalah suatu perubahan keadaan di suatu tempat penampungan air seperti danau, sungai, laut.

Dan air tanah adalah bagian penting dalam siklus kehidupan manusia dan merupakan bagian dari salah satu siklus hidrologi.

Meskipun dunia penuh dengan air hanya tapi hanya 3%, termasuk dalam sumber 3% air minum adalah sungai, musim semi, sungai, air terjun, dan air terjun yang terus menerus terancam dan terkontaminasi oleh berbagai factor yang menyebabkan pencemaran air. Walaupun fenomena alam seperti gunung berapi, badai, gempa bumi, dll, juga mengakibatkan perubahan yang besar terhadap kualitas air, hal ini tidak dianggak sebagai pencemaran.       PENCEGAHAN PENCEMARAN AIR

Pencegahan pencemaran air bisa dilakukan dengan cara 5R yaitu, jika dalam bahasa inggris :

ü  Reduce (mengurangi)

ü  Reuse (menggunakan kembali)

ü  Recycle (mengembalikan)

ü  Recharge

ü  Recovery

Dua yang terakhir adalah usaha pemulihan, misalnya dengan membuat lubang biopori dan sumur resapan. (KORAN ANAK INDONESIA, Jakarta).

      CARA MENCEGAH PENCEMARAN AIR

1)      Gunakan air secukupnya tidak dibuang sia-sia.

2)      Kurangi penggunaan detergen.

3)      Kurangi penggunaan obat-obatan kimia.

4)      Kurangi penggunaan obat nyamuk dan pembasmi serangga.

5)      Kurangi bahan-bahan yang sulit terurai.

6)      Kelola sampah rumah tangga dengan baik.

7)      Menanam pohon.

8)      Mengurangi penggunaan kendaraan bermotor.

9)      Menggalakan industry daur ulang.

10)  Pengelolaan limbah pada industry rumah tangga.

Langkah pengendalian juga sangat penting untuk menjaga lingkungan tetap bersih dan sehat. Pengendalian dapat berupa baku mutu lingkungan, monitoring lingkungan dan penggunaan teknologi untuk mengatasi masalah lingkungan.
